When property assessment notices arrive
Your assessment notice starts the clock in many places, so it helps to know when it is due. Each rule below comes from the state law or agency that sets it, with a link and the date FairPath last read it. A rule says when notices must be mailed by. It is not the date your notice was mailed, and some rules let notices go out later. The notice you receive, and the county's own instructions, control your deadline.
