The county’s Assessment Appeals Board handles valuation disputes between taxpayers and the Assessor. Its website provides the online application, reference guides, forms and educational videos.
County filing fee and waiver information
The county publishes a nonrefundable filing fee of $46 and provides a fee-waiver request for financial hardship. The fee belongs to the county application process and is separate from any document-preparation purchase.
