Salt Lake County Assessment Appeals Close September 15
Salt Lake County's Board of Equalization accepts appeals of property valuations from August 1 through September 15 each year. The county's appeal page states the filing deadline as 45 days from the mailing of the valuation notice or September 15, whichever is longer.
When September 15 falls on a weekend or holiday, the county moves the deadline to the next business day.
