Regular and notice-specific periods
The county says regular assessment applications may be filed through November 30. Supplemental and escape assessment applications are due no later than 60 days after the postmark or mailing date printed on the tax bill, whichever is later.
The county also publishes a $30 non-refundable processing fee and requires a separate application for each parcel.
A November review
A homeowner can preserve the assessment notice or tax bill, parcel number, assessment type, official property record, county application, and current fee instructions. If an Assessor discussion is underway, do not assume it preserves the Board filing period; verify the county’s instructions directly.
Organize property facts, comparisons, and condition material by source. County data, homeowner-approved facts, and analytical observations should remain visibly separate.
Save the completed application, attachments, payment record, and verified postmark or delivery confirmation.
FairPath helps homeowners prepare a readable evidence packet for their own review and use. It does not select the filing ground, file the application, communicate with the county, or guarantee acceptance, a value change, savings, or another outcome.
