Where FairPath Works

Anyone with a U.S. property can build and purchase a FairPath evidence packet without creating an account. For each address, FairPath shows what it has verified: an official assessment record from the responsible authority, reviewed local process information, or the state baseline, each with its source.

Every homeowner uses the same packet builder with public records, available market data, notice uploads, photos, repair context, and homeowner-provided facts. What FairPath has verified changes the sources and local instructions, not the packet's evidence standard.

City guides explain local assessment patterns and homeowner context. They are not a list of where FairPath works; the address check shows what is verified for any U.S. property.
