The homeowner decides whether to file, and files and presents the appeal themselves. FairPath doesn't file, negotiate, or appear for anyone. It isn't a law firm, tax agent, or appraisal firm, and it doesn't predict results. It never charges a percentage of any reduction.
FairPath was built by a finance professional with hands-on experience in real estate operations — including self-storage and mobile home parks. The product grew from a recurring problem: property owners were being asked to act on opaque calculations without a clear source trail or a usable evidence record.
