How FairPath sources, qualifies, and corrects property-tax information
Government assessment and filing authorities remain the authoritative sources for their records, deadlines, forms, fees, and filing instructions. FairPath is an independent document-preparation service that organizes those sources and records their review context.
FairPath keeps official public records, supplemental property data, homeowner-provided facts, and FairPath calculations in separately labeled evidence lanes. Supplemental data does not silently replace an assessed value published by the responsible public authority.
Local guides display review dates and link to material sources. When the responsible authority cannot be resolved or material sources conflict, FairPath labels the uncertainty and withholds local process information instead of substituting a familiar rule.
Readers can report an inaccurate source or guide statement to support@fairpath.app with the page, jurisdiction, disputed statement, and current official source. FairPath reviews the cited material and updates, qualifies, or suppresses the statement when warranted.
FairPath does not act as a law firm or tax agent, predict an outcome, file a protest, or communicate with an assessment authority on the homeowner's behalf. The homeowner reviews the evidence, chooses what to use, and submits it through the applicable official process.
